Vincent VanAllen, Editor Born in 1970, Vincent VanAllen grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. He received his degree in Entomology in 1995, and traveled extensively collecting insects. Having settled in drizzly Portland, Oregon, eight months out of the year he is tucked away in his office, the pitter-patter of raindrops thumping out a melody with the click-click of the keyboard. He loves splashing in mud puddles, feeding the ducks at Laurelhurst Park, and playing goalie for an over-thirty soccer team appropriately named Suckin’ Wind. His novella “Casino Atlantis” appeared in the anthology Maelstrom I, and his stories have appeared in Nocturne Magazine, Futurismic Magazine, and Thirteen Magazine.
